Customer verification

Registration is free and used for dispatch confidence.

TRIPLEXC.COM may ask customers to create a client account so staff can verify the requester before sending a truck, reviewing a work order, or coordinating transport, towing, hauling, grading, or equipment movement.

What may be collected

  • Name, business name, contact name, phone, and email.
  • Pickup location, drop-off location, service area, timing, and job details.
  • Vehicle, equipment, load, site, access, or grading photos submitted by the customer.
  • Work order approvals, requested changes, and service notes connected to the request.

SMS and phone

By submitting a request or creating an account, customers may authorize TRIPLEXC.COM to call or text about verification, dispatch, scheduling, pickup, drop-off, work order approval, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply.

Email

Email may be used for account verification, request details, service follow-up, work order approvals, invoices, and customer support communication.

Opt-out

Customers may request communication changes by contacting TRIPLEXC.COM. Urgent service coordination may still require direct contact to complete or clarify a request.

Photos and request details

Submitted details help staff review service fit.

Photos and notes may be used to understand the vehicle, equipment, load, driveway, jobsite, surface, access, route, or grading conditions before service is scheduled.
