Requests are review-based
Submitting a request does not guarantee service, dispatch, price, timing, route availability, or equipment availability. TRIPLEXC.COM may review the pickup location, drop-off location, load type, vehicle condition, access, photos, timing, safety concerns, and route fit before accepting or scheduling work.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service details, addresses, photos, access notes, receiving contact details, and authorization to request service for the vehicle, equipment, material, property, or job site involved.
Approvals and invoices
Work orders, change orders, approvals, signed documents, invoices, and payment records may be stored as business records. A customer approval may be used to confirm scope, price, schedule, and authorization before work proceeds.
Service limits
Safe access and accurate details matter.
TRIPLEXC.COM may decline, delay, reschedule, or require more information for requests involving unsafe access, unclear ownership or authorization, incomplete addresses, inaccurate vehicle or equipment condition, weather concerns, route restrictions, insufficient loading space, or service needs outside available equipment capability.
